Cancellation Policy

Full payment is due prior to the first day of class, regardless of payment method. A full refund will be issued with written notice of cancellation received at least fourteen (14) days prior to the class start date. A full class credit will be issued with written notice of cancellation received thirteen (13) days, or less, prior to the class start date. Class credits are valid only for classes provided by MC Services and must be scheduled within six (6) months of cancellation. MC Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time. In the event of a cancelled or rescheduled class, registered students will be notified at least seven (7) days in advance of the scheduled class and are entitled to a full refund. MC Services is not, however, liable for any expenses incurred to attend class including, but not limited to, travel arrangements.

40% discount on all Apple certification classes

10% discount when registering for 2 or more classes at a time (discount applied at time of registration)

10% discount when registering 3 or more students for a class (discount applied at time of registration)

Exam Discounts

MC Services Student Discount
25% discount on any exams taken within 2 months of completing a course at MC Services:
Apple IT exams are $150 after discount
Apple Pro App exams are $112.50 after discount

Apple Authorized Training Centers reserve the right to limit the number of Apple employee participants in each class and/or exam session.
Apple Authorized Training Centers and Apple Training & Certification are not responsible for any travel costs related to course cancellation.
Cancellation must be made at least two weeks from start date or you will be charged 50% of the course and/or exam price. Cancellations should be sent via email to the AATC and copy trainingcenter@apple.com.
Apple Authorized Training Centers reserve the option to cancel a class due to low enrollment until 1 week prior to start date.
